Commercial tree service for properties that answer to a board.
One tree vendor for the whole property: a site walk with an ISA Certified Arborist, a written proposal your board can approve line by line, photo reports after every visit, and a 24/7 storm line when the weather turns.
Storm or emergency on your property? Call (787) 969-7802 any time. If a tree is touching a power line, call 911 and LUMA at 1-844-888-5862 first; the utility has to de-energize the line before any crew can work near it.
Who this is for
Common areas, entrances, perimeter trees and palms along walkways and parking, scheduled so residents know what is happening and when.
One point of contact across several properties, with proposals and reports you can forward to each board without rewriting them.
Palm programs and canopy work planned around guest areas and occupancy, with the hurricane-season pass done before June.
Hazard checks over parking lots, sidewalks and entrances, plus lot and grounds clearing when a site changes use.
What we do for commercial properties
- Tree hazard assessments
An ISA Certified Arborist walks the property, identifies trees with defects over parking, walkways, roofs and lines, and ranks them so the board can act on the worst first.
Learn more - Pre-hurricane-season pruning
Structural pruning, deadwood removal and canopy thinning done in the dry season, ahead of the June 1 start of hurricane season. Pruning follows ANSI A300; crews work to ANSI Z133 safety practice.
Learn more - Palm maintenance programs
Recurring palm trimming across the property: dead fronds, coconuts and seed pods removed, with no over-pruned "hurricane cuts" that weaken the palm.
Learn more - Storm response agreements
Your site map, contacts and priority areas on file before the season, so after a storm we already know which entrances, roofs and lines to clear first. Terms are written into the agreement.
Learn more - Lot and grounds clearing
Overgrown lots, perimeter brush and site clearing ahead of construction, with stump grinding or full stump removal where a pad or paving needs it.

Planning ranges
Property-wide proposals are priced per site after the walk. For budgeting before then, these are the per-item planning ranges we publish for Puerto Rico:
| Palm trimming | $100 to $500 per palm |
|---|---|
| Tree trimming and shaping | $200 to $800 |
| Structural pruning | $150 to $600 |
| Tree removal | $300 to $2,500 |
| Palm removal | $300 to $1,500 |
| Stump grinding | $100 to $400 per stump |
Planning ranges, not quotes. Height, access, proximity to structures and lines, and debris haul-off move each line. Your proposal prices every line so the board can phase the work.
How the site walk and proposal work
- 1Call or request a site walk
Tell us the property, the number of trees or palms (an estimate is fine), what worries you, and when the board next meets.
- 2Site walk with an ISA Certified Arborist
We walk the common areas with your manager or board representative and note each tree or zone, its condition, and what is underneath it. The walk is our standard $40 orientation, credited toward the work when you book.
- 3Written proposal
Tree by tree or zone by zone: the scope, the cut specification, debris and stump handling, the schedule, and a price on every line. Ready to forward to the board.
- 4Scheduled work
Dates set around residents, guests or business hours, with a crew you can plan resident notices around.
- 5Photo report
Before and after photos by tree or zone, so the board, the management company and your insurer can see what was done.
Paperwork for boards and insurers
- Certificate of insurance (COI) on request. Tell us the certificate holder details your management company needs.
- Written, line-item proposals that a board can approve in phases.
- Before and after photo reports by tree or zone after each visit.
- Photo documentation of storm damage before work starts, for your adjuster. Your insurer decides coverage.
- Proposals and reports in English or Spanish.
Why property managers call us
- Work performed by ISA Certified Arborists through our main fulfillment partner crew.
- A real person answers the line and coordinates the crew; no call center.
- Bilingual service across all 78 municipios.
- 24/7 storm and emergency line at (787) 969-7802.
- The permit question is raised on the site walk, before anything is cut.
Questions commercial clients ask
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our association?
Yes. A COI is available on request. Send us the certificate holder details your management company requires and we will provide it before work starts.
How are commercial proposals priced?
Per site, after the walk. Each tree, palm group or zone is its own line, using the same planning ranges we publish (for example, palm trimming runs $100 to $500 per palm). That lets the board approve the urgent lines now and phase the rest.
Do you offer recurring maintenance?
Yes. Palm programs and pre-season pruning can be scheduled as recurring visits. Frequency depends on species and setting, and is set out in the proposal.
What happens for our property after a hurricane?
Call the 24/7 storm line at (787) 969-7802. Properties with a storm response agreement have their site map, contacts and priority areas on file, and their priority is set out in the agreement. Anything on a power line is LUMA's to de-energize first.
Who actually does the work?
ISA Certified Arborists from our main fulfillment partner crew perform the work. We handle the call, scheduling, proposal and reporting.
Do you handle permits?
We raise the permit question on the site walk. Tree cutting in Puerto Rico can involve DRNA and the municipio, depending on the species, size and location. Where authorization applies, it is confirmed before cutting; for municipal rules, check with your municipio.
Can you work around residents and guests?
Yes. Work is scheduled around occupancy and business hours, and the schedule in the proposal gives you dates for resident or guest notices.
What does the site walk cost?
The site walk is our standard $40 orientation, credited in full toward the work when you book.
